Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC42BPG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,138 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC42BPG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, Cytotoxic T cell degranulation, and Response to indole-3-methanol. Each is linked with CDC42BPG in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC42BPG-to-partner and partner-to-CDC42BPG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation grouped by CDC42BPG-low versus CDC42BPG-high in OESOPHAGUS.
