Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDC42BPG RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CDC42BPG data layer compared with 10 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher CDC42BPG RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDC42BPG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and KIRC show a favorable association.
KIRP, KIRC, and UVM are the cancer types where CDC42BPG RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
