Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC42BPG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 400 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC42BPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR56B1, TECTB, and PSMD9. Each is linked with CDC42BPG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC42BPG-to-partner and partner-to-CDC42BPG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR56B1 grouped by CDC42BPG-low versus CDC42BPG-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC42BPG→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC42BPG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
