Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDC42-IT1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CDC42-IT1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CDC42-IT1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDC42-IT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PAAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, KICH, and ACC are the cancer types where CDC42-IT1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
