Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDC34 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDC34 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CDC34 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDC34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC and SKCM are the cancer types where CDC34 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
