CDC34

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,203 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC34-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOHH, NDUFA11, and POLR2E. Each is linked with CDC34 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC34-to-partner and partner-to-CDC34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDC34 versus DOHH in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC34→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
