CDC34

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC34-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1332P, RNU7-53P, and OR11H1. Each is linked with CDC34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC34-to-partner and partner-to-CDC34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1332P grouped by CDC34-low versus CDC34-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC34→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
