CDC34

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,700 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC34-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasm protein quality control, Cytoplasm protein quality control by the ubiquitin-proteasome system, and Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient. Each is linked with CDC34 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC34-to-partner and partner-to-CDC34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoplasm protein quality control grouped by CDC34-low versus CDC34-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC34→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
