CDC26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC26-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCRP6, AQP7P4, and AQP7P3. Each is linked with CDC26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC26-to-partner and partner-to-CDC26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCRP6 grouped by CDC26-low versus CDC26-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC26→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
