Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC25C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,911 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC25C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of G2/MI transition of meiotic cell cycle, Regulation of mitotic nuclear division, and Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation. Each is linked with CDC25C in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC25C-to-partner and partner-to-CDC25C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of G2/MI transition of meiotic cell cycle grouped by CDC25C-low versus CDC25C-high in LIVER.
