CDC25B

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDC25B RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 16 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of CDC25B’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where CDC25B RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types CDC25B is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KICH show the opposite, repressed pattern.

COAD, HNSC, and STAD are the cancer types where CDC25B tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
