Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDC20B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDC20B data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CDC20B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDC20B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where CDC20B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
