CDC16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,735 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC16-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-522P, RNU5E-9P, and RN7SL516P. Each is linked with CDC16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC16-to-partner and partner-to-CDC16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-522P grouped by CDC16-low versus CDC16-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC16→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
