Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD93 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,999 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD93-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIPK2B, ADGRL4, and GPR4. Each is linked with CD93 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD93-to-partner and partner-to-CD93 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD93 versus DIPK2B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD93→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD93) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
