Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD93 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,773 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD93-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL17, TOP3B, and E2F1. Each is linked with CD93 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD93-to-partner and partner-to-CD93 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, METTL17 grouped by CD93-low versus CD93-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD93→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD93) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
