Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD93 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD93-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-D1, and ACC1. Each is linked with CD93 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD93-to-partner and partner-to-CD93 results are reported.
