Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD93 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 711 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD93-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX55, TEX37, and OR5AK2. Each is linked with CD93 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD93-to-partner and partner-to-CD93 results are reported.
