CD8B2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD8B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,141 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD8B2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMOD2, VSNL1, and RAB3D. Each is linked with CD8B2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD8B2-to-partner and partner-to-CD8B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD8B2 versus TMOD2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD8B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD8B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
