CD8B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD8B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 536 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD8B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation by virus of viral protein levels in host cell, Protein K48-linked ubiquitination, and Regulation of complement activation. Each is linked with CD8B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD8B-to-partner and partner-to-CD8B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation by virus of viral protein levels in host cell grouped by CD8B-low versus CD8B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
