CD8A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD8A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,369 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBASH3A, TRAT1, and ICOS. Each is linked with CD8A in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD8A-to-partner and partner-to-CD8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD8A versus UBASH3A in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
