CD8A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD8A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 630 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL9P15, MIR1185-2, and RNA5SP519. Each is linked with CD8A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD8A-to-partner and partner-to-CD8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL9P15 grouped by CD8A-low versus CD8A-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
