CD83

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD83 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,701 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD83-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKRD44, DOK2, and LCP2. Each is linked with CD83 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD83-to-partner and partner-to-CD83 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD83 versus ANKRD44 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD83→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD83) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
