Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD82 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,223 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD82-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LGALS9, TLR2, and GLIPR2. Each is linked with CD82 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD82-to-partner and partner-to-CD82 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD82 versus LGALS9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD82→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD82) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
