Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD82 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 590 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD82-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP7, MYO19, and BCLAF1P2. Each is linked with CD82 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD82-to-partner and partner-to-CD82 results are reported.
