Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD82 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD82-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMRTC2 and KRTAP4-11. Each is linked with CD82 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD82-to-partner and partner-to-CD82 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DMRTC2 grouped by CD82-low versus CD82-high in CNS.
