Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD5L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,194 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-922P, CENPN, and COX6B1P6. Each is linked with CD5L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD5L-to-partner and partner-to-CD5L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-922P grouped by CD5L-low versus CD5L-high in PRAD.
