Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD5L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, ATM, and PDK1. Each is linked with CD5L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD5L-to-partner and partner-to-CD5L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by CD5L-low versus CD5L-high in SKCM.
