CD5L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 638 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD5L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are T-helper 17 cell differentiation, Regulation of protein localization to chromosome, telomeric region, and Circadian rhythm. Each is linked with CD5L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD5L-to-partner and partner-to-CD5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, T-helper 17 cell differentiation grouped by CD5L-low versus CD5L-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
