Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD58 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,259 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD58-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A11, NMI, and ITGB4. Each is linked with CD58 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD58-to-partner and partner-to-CD58 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD58 versus S100A11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD58→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
