Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD58 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,447 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD58-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGB4, NAP1L4P1, and GJB3. Each is linked with CD58 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD58-to-partner and partner-to-CD58 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD58 versus ITGB4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD58→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
