Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD58 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,527 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD58-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZ1, C4B-AS1, and RPL23AP94. Each is linked with CD58 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD58-to-partner and partner-to-CD58 results are reported.
