Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD55 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,610 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD55-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPRIP_S619, COPZ2, and FLNA_S2414. Each is linked with CD55 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD55-to-partner and partner-to-CD55 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD55→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
