Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD55 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,754 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD55-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4535, BTBD10, and SSRP1. Each is linked with CD55 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD55-to-partner and partner-to-CD55 results are reported.
