Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD55 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,303 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD55-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of complement-dependent cytotoxicity, Negative regulation of complement activation, and Positive regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell proliferation. Each is linked with CD55 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD55-to-partner and partner-to-CD55 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
