CD48

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD48 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,392 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD48-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6816, GPATCH11, and CWC27. Each is linked with CD48 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD48-to-partner and partner-to-CD48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6816 grouped by CD48-low versus CD48-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD48→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
