CD48

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,961 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD48-associated genes across cancer lineages are MZB1, SASH3, and JCHAIN. Each is linked with CD48 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD48-to-partner and partner-to-CD48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD48 versus MZB1 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD48→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
