Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,444 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD48-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translational initiation, ATP metabolic process, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with CD48 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD48-to-partner and partner-to-CD48 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of translational initiation grouped by CD48-low versus CD48-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
