CD47

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,909 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD47-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFIT3, ICAM1, and IFIT1. Each is linked with CD47 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD47-to-partner and partner-to-CD47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD47→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
