CD47

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD47 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,816 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD47-associated genes across cancer lineages are VNN3, COCH, and TBL1X. Each is linked with CD47 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD47-to-partner and partner-to-CD47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD47→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
