CD47

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD47 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,447 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD47-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1082P, UBE2DNL, and RN7SL691P. Each is linked with CD47 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD47-to-partner and partner-to-CD47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD47→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
