CD44

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD44 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,654 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD44-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNA15, CD44-AS1, and HCK. Each is linked with CD44 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD44-to-partner and partner-to-CD44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD44 versus GNA15 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD44→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
