CD40

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD40 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 728 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD40-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKHD1, PRELID3BP5, and OR10G3. Each is linked with CD40 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD40-to-partner and partner-to-CD40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKHD1 grouped by CD40-low versus CD40-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD40→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
