CD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,380 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, WIPF1, and TBC1D2B. Each is linked with CD4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD4-to-partner and partner-to-CD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD4 versus WAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
