CD3G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD3G RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,931 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD3G-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOL3, ARHGAP15, and ARHGAP15_S64. Each is linked with CD3G in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD3G-to-partner and partner-to-CD3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD3G versus APOL3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
