Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD3G protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,640 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, SLA2, and ITK. Each is linked with CD3G in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD3G-to-partner and partner-to-CD3G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD3G versus GRAP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
