CD3G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD3G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 484 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMS1P14, RNA5SP456, and IGHVII-44-2. Each is linked with CD3G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD3G-to-partner and partner-to-CD3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BMS1P14 grouped by CD3G-low versus CD3G-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
