CD3G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD3G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,176 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD3G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phospholipid biosynthetic process, Golgi vesicle transport, and Regulation of translational initiation. Each is linked with CD3G in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD3G-to-partner and partner-to-CD3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Phospholipid biosynthetic process grouped by CD3G-low versus CD3G-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
