CD37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD37-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F4, TBC1D3, and CLDN17. Each is linked with CD37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD37-to-partner and partner-to-CD37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4F4 grouped by CD37-low versus CD37-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD37→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
