CD36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,911 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FABP4, CD34, and LAMA4. Each is linked with CD36 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD36-to-partner and partner-to-CD36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD36 versus FABP4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD36→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
