CD36

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD36 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,176 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD36-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYCT1, FABP4, and TLL1. Each is linked with CD36 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD36-to-partner and partner-to-CD36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD36 versus MYCT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD36→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
